Yoga Practice: Full Yogic Breath, Standing Back Bend, Simple Chair Pose, Half Moon Pose, Seated Twist, Even Count Breathing, Breath Observation

Tips: Watch knee and spinal alignment in particular. Don’t stress your joints. Challenging your muscles is good as long as you don’t over do it.

Hack: Consistency is more important for long lasting and important results, than single long sessions or vigorous sessions.
