Yoga Practice: Chest Expander Backbend. Standing Forward Bend, Full Yogic Breath, Breath Observation.
Tips: Pay attention to your back! The more you lengthen and work within your current range, the more steadily you will progress. Make the positions feel wonderful!
Hack: Always be able to breathe and feel steady and comfortable. Otherwise you might injure yourself or miss the point of the practice entirely or both.
