Find a quiet, comfortable place
Settle into a space where you won’t be disturbed. A quiet environment helps you fully relax and tune into the healing sounds.
Use headphones for the best experience
Headphones allow you to hear all the subtle frequencies that make sound healing so effective. The deeper you immerse yourself, the more impact you’ll feel.
Get comfortable
Sit or lie down in a way that feels good to you. There’s no need to move around—just relax and let the sound do the work.
Close your eyes
Closing your eyes helps you focus on the sound vibrations and quiet your mind. It’s your time to disconnect from stress and tune into healing.
Breathe deeply
Deep breaths will help you relax even more and open up your body to the healing effects of sound.
Feel the vibrations
As you listen, pay attention to how the sounds feel in your body. You may notice sensations like tingling or warmth, or simply feel more at ease. There’s no right or wrong—just allow yourself to experience it.
