Chakra Info: Communication Chakra – ether, light blue, throat, your voice, calm

Yoga Practice: Even Count Breathing

Tips: Find a count that works for you. Some days you will be able to go longer than other days – depending on your state of mind at the time. Over all though, with practice, your count will naturally lengthen. Don’t go beyond 20 counts though!

Hack: This is a supreme breath for bringing you back into balance whenever you need it. It brings balance to your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
