Connecting into Wellbeing

For us to live our happiest, healthiest self, we have to engage in awareness of inner wellbeing. Through the gift of breath and yoga poses, we are able to fully develop this sparkle. This class was created to help us develop a daily yoga practice, so that we may truly be in the midst of immense wellbeing at all times. Length: 20 minutes.
