I was originally introduced to yoga my junior year in high school. As much as I’d love to say I pursued yoga from that point on life, as it does, had a few twist and turns for me. It took me 10 years before I started having a relatively consistent yoga practice and another 5 years before learning how important a spiritual practice was for me. Recently receiving my 200hr ytt, my main focus is on alignment and intentional movement. My hope is to make students feel they are in an authentic and non-judgmental environment where they can feel safe, strong, and empowered to grow.
