After years of living with chronic pain, major injuries, and the emotional toll they brought, I began asking myself the toughest questions:

Why does this pain define my life?
Why do I feel trapped by it?

These questions led me to explore not just the physical injuries but also the mental and emotional wounds they created. My pain was as much a reflection of buried trauma as it was of physical damage.

My healing journey wasn’t straightforward. I sought therapists, coaches, and deepened my studies in somatics, yoga therapy, brain health, and trauma recovery. Through trial and error, I discovered that true healing requires an integrated approach—combining breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, sound healing, neuroplasticity, and emotional resilience. These tools didn’t just alleviate pain; they transformed it into a teacher, guiding me toward growth and freedom.

For the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others reclaim their lives from barriers to freedom. With a master’s in yoga therapy and currently in training to become a licensed therapist, I combined education with lived experience to develop a holistic, intuitive approach. My work integrates cognitive tools, therapeutic yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and mindfulness, all tailored to help clients reconnect with their bodies and heal long-held trauma.

This journey isn’t about degrees or techniques alone—it’s about having faced the darkest places within myself and finding the way out. That lived experience is what equips me to guide others.
